Delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on product availability, the shipping provider, and destination.
Payment: Secure online payment.

Free shipping across the European Union for orders over €1000, with no additional customs duties or import fees.

For orders outside the European Union over €1000, shipping is also free. However, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery in accordance with local regulations. As compensation, we offer an additional discount on the device purchase, agreed individually.

Warranty: All devices are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

RETURNS

You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, the product must:
— be returned within 14 days of receipt;
— be unused and in its original condition;
— include the original packaging and all included accessories.

Return shipping costs are covered by the store. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
